There are two Database Backup options:

Manual – the database is backed up by a user command.

Automatic - the database is backed up automatically each time the application exits.

In order to backup the database manually, go to the “Tools” menu and select the “Backup Database” option.

In order to set the automatic back up, go to the “Tools” menu, select the “Settings” option and then select the "Backup" tab. Set the backup folder location and select the "Enable Auto Backup" checkbox.
