Managing Project Lists

In order to add or remove Project Lists, click the "Manage Project List" button on the "Search Preferences 1" tab. The "Add/Remove Project Lists" window opens.

In order to add a new project, enter the project name, click the "Set Location" button and specify the Project List location.

In order to remove an existing Project List, select the relevant checkbox and click the "Remove Selected Project" button.

In order to change the Project List location, select the relevant checkbox, click the "Change Project List Location" button and then select the new location.

Acronyms Master supports up to 30 different Project Lists per user.

 

Sharing the Database

You can also share your Black List, White List and Project Lists with other users by placing them in shared folders or network drives. You can control the read/write permissions by appropriate configuration of the network shared folders.

Every List can be placed in a different location enabling specific Lists to be shared among different user groups.
